Terms of Purchase
These are the Terms & Conditions of Sale applicable to on-line purchases from Eziauto Parts & Accessories ("Eziauto").
These terms and the laws of Victoria, Australia, apply to all transactions for the purchase of products ("Products") from Eziauto Parts & Accessories through its website at www.eziautoparts.com.au and any associated web page ("the Site"). These terms represent the complete agreement between Eziauto and the Buyer covering the purchase of Products from this site. Except for terms implied by applicable legislation, Eziauto does not offer or agree to any conditions, warranties, guarantees or representations relating to the quality, description or performance characteristics of the Products other than those set out in these terms. The Buyer's completion of the order form on this site will constitute an offer to the Buyer to purchase Products (the "Order"). All Orders are subject to acceptance by Eziauto.
PricesAll prices appearing on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
The prices to be paid by the Buyer for all Products will be Eziauto's current selling price on the date of receipt by Eziauto of the Order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time. All Orders will attract a delivery charge as displayed when checking out.
Eziauto will not be responsible for errors in pricing that appear on the Site. Eziauto will notify a Buyer in the event of a pricing error on the Site before an Order is delivered. The Buyer will have the opportunity to cancel their Order within a reasonable time.
Eziauto reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the Buyer. All prices in this website include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10%.
The GST payable by the Buyer will be shown on the invoice which Eziauto will send to the Buyer. Delivery charges to the nominated address will be advised to the Buyer on the Checkout and Order confirmation pages of the Site.
Stock AvailabilityBy purchasing from our website, the Buyer accepts that Eziauto may not have all items in stock at the time of purchase and it is possible a delay of up to 14 days will be experienced in delivery of the Buyer's order. Occasionally, Eziauto is unable to source items that are listed on this website, in which case the Buyer will be notified as soon as Eziauto becomes aware of non-availability of the item, and the full amount paid by the Buyer for the item will be refunded using the same method as has been used for payment. If the expected delivery time is likely to exceed 14 days, Eziauto will contact the Buyer to advise of this.
In some cases, if Eziauto does not have the ordered parts in stock and there is likely to be a long delay expected in getting the parts into store and you need your order urgently, it may be possible to expedite the delivery of the parts on payment of a further freight cost (usually around $20.00). This will enable Eziauto to get the parts in overnight, meaning you will not have to wait as long for your order. If this option is available, you will be notified by email.
Order acknowledgement and cancellationAll Orders by the Buyer under this Agreement must be placed via the forms provided on this Site and must specify the information requested, including (but without limitation):
(a) Quantity and description of Products;
(b) The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered;
The Buyer must complete all information requested on the Order form before the Order is processed by Eziauto.
Eziauto will not accept orders:
(a) If the Buyer does not offer to pay by one of the payment methods listed on this website; or
(b) If the Buyer's credit card provider does not confirm the payment.
Eziauto will send the Buyer an e-mail acknowledging the Products ordered as soon as possible after the Buyer places an Order. If Eziauto does not accept the Buyer's Order for any reason, it will inform the Buyer by email in the same manner.
If the Buyer wishes to cancel an Order prior to shipment, the Buyer must contact Eziauto Customer Service immediately on 0423 752 394 and/or e-mail sales@eziautoparts.com.au. Eziauto will endeavour to accommodate the Buyer's request, if the merchandise has not been shipped.
If the Buyer's entire order is cancelled prior to shipment, Eziauto will apply a credit to the Buyer's credit card or PayPal account and may also apply a cancellation fee equivalent to 10%.
If an Order has already shipped, Eziauto's normal returns and exchanges procedure will apply.
